Neil provides both underwater and topside still photography and filming services in a variety of formats. As well, he maintains a Stock Library of over 50,000 underwater and topside 35 mm transparencies, shot primarily on Kodachrome. Through Subsea Enterprises Inc. he also provides stock film and video footage of many different types of marine life.

With his biological background and extensive knowledge of the ocean, he offers expert consultation services and script writing expertise for natural history film productions.
